FAQs
You are sold out. How do I order a painting?
I open new commission slots monthly! Exact day and time is announced on the first page of my website and through my Instagram account each month.
Slots go fast, so I recommend setting an alarm and coming to the website a little early. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!
How long is processing time for a painting?
Processing time can vary depending on what place you are in my queue of paintings. I work on paintings in the order that I receive them. You may have to wait up to 5 weeks depending on how busy I am, how many pre-orders I have, and time of year.
*After purchasing, I will reach out with an estimated processing time for your painting! Thank you for understanding and valuing handmade work!
What kind of photos are best to send?
You can send photos you’ve taken yourself, or professional photos from your photographer! For the best painting outcome, please send photos that are detailed, in natural light. Sending photos of the bride holding the bouquet is recommended, or the top view of the bouquet.
*If you are unsure if your photos will work, please email me with your photos at emmylucyco@gmail.com!
How do I send photos of the bouquet?
After purchase, you may send photos to emmylucyco@gmail.com with the name associated with your order! If you are pre-ordering and do not yet have photos, send them whenever available :)
How are paintings packaged?
Paintings are packaged in an EcoEnclose rigid mailer and plastic sleeve to protect from moisture. I have had much success with these mailers in protecting your painting through the mailing process! In the event that your painting does arrive damaged (because accidents sometimes happen!) please contact me!
Can I cancel an order?
Your mind may change, and that's okay!
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after purchase (but no later) for a for a full refund. Once I have started your painting, I am unable to cancel your order.
