You are sold out. How do I order a painting?

I open new commission slots monthly! Exact day and time is announced on the first page of my website and through my Instagram account each month (@emmylucyart). The listings are scheduled to restock at the exact time shown on the first page, so you may have to refresh. I will ask for your name and email before adding it to your cart, so please be prepared to type those in!

Slots go fast, so I recommend setting an alarm and coming to the website a little early. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!

How long is processing time for a painting?

Processing time can vary. I work on paintings in the order that I receive them. You may have to wait up to 5 weeks depending on what position you are in my queue!

*After purchasing, I will reach out with an estimated processing time for your painting! Thank you for understanding and valuing handmade work!

What kind of photos are best to send?

You can send photos you’ve taken yourself, or professional photos from your photographer! For the best painting outcome, please send photos that are detailed, in natural light. Sending photos of the bride holding the bouquet is recommended, or the top view of the bouquet.

*If you are unsure if your photos will work, please email me with your photos at emmylucyco@gmail.com!

How do I send photos of the bouquet?

Immediately after purchase, please send photos to emmylucyco@gmail.com with the name associated with your order!

In the event that I do not receive photos and cannot reach you:

Surprisingly, this has happened before! If you purchase a painting and do not send photos or I cannot reach you with the information you have provided (email) for 40 consecutive days, starting with the day of purchase, you will forfeit your spot and I am unable to issue a refund of any kind.

Thank you for understanding as I have many wonderful brides who are waiting on their paintings!

How are paintings packaged?

My largest size (11×14) is packaged in a mailer box with protective measures to keep it dry, clean, and absolutely non-bendable.

The two smaller painting sizes (5×7, 8×10) are packaged in an EcoEnclose non-bendable rigid mailer and plastic sleeve to protect from moisture. I have had much success with these mailers in protecting your painting through the mailing process!

In the event that your painting does arrive damaged (because accidents sometimes happen!) please contact me!

Cancelation/Return Policy

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after purchase for a for a full refund. Once I have started a custom wedding bouquet painting, I am unable to cancel your order. I am unable to take returns on custom paintings, originals/framing, and prints. In the event that any order arrives not as expected, please contact me directly!
